Pawan Sehrawat was born in Delhi on 9 July 1996. He started playing Kabaddi at the age of 12 and has earned the nickname Hi-Flyer. Pawan completed his education at the Delhi University.

In his initial seasons with the Bengaluru Bulls, Pawan Kumar Sehrawat showcased his kabaddi skills. His debut in the third season saw him play 13 games, emerging as the leading raid-point scorer for his team with an impressive 45 points. Season 4 presented a different challenge, with Pawan playing ten games and scoring 11 points from 33 raids. Season 5 saw him joining the Gujarat Giants, where he played a pivotal role as an impact raider off the bench, featuring in nine matches, including the final, and securing ten points.

Ahead of the tenth season, Pawan was released by Tamil Thalaivas and entered the auction pool, where the Telugu Titans secured him in a record-breaking deal of ₹2.6 crores.

On the international stage, Pawan represented India’s national kabaddi team, winning gold medals at the 2019 South Asian Games and the Asian Kabaddi Championship in 2023.
