Virat Kohli has decided to retire from Test cricket and has informed the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) about his decision. However, the BCCI has urged him to reconsider his decision.
Earlier, on Thursday, Rohit Sharma announced his retirement from Test cricket via a social media post.
According to media reports, Kohli has made the decision to retire and informed the board that he is bidding farewell to Test cricket. The BCCI has asked him to think it over, as an important tour of England is coming up. So far, Kohli has not responded to the BCCI’s request.
