Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), who have started the IPL 2025 season with two consecutive wins, will aim for a hat-trick of victories when they take on Gujarat Titans on Wednesday. Gujarat, who won their last match against Mumbai Indians, will look to maintain their momentum.

RCB has been in good form so far. They won their opening match against the defending champions, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), and followed it up with a victory over Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Fast bowler Josh Hazlewood has been impressive, maintaining an economy rate of under 6 in this IPL. His ability to swing the new ball, along with his precise bowling, could cause problems for the opposition, along with left-arm fast bowler Yash Dayal, who has also been effective.

Kohli proved his form with a half-century in the first match and will aim to play another big innings. Interestingly, RCB will play their first home match of the season, and Kohli will want to ensure that the fans are not disappointed. Kohli has been well-supported by Salt, and together they have formed partnerships of 95 and 45 runs in the last two matches. Both could be particularly dangerous at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Gujarat, on the other hand, boasts a strong spin attack with Rashid Khan and R Sai Kishore, who could trouble RCB’s batsmen with their spin. They also have pace bowlers like Kagiso Rabada and Mohammed Siraj. Siraj, who was bought by Gujarat in the mega auction, has already dismissed Kohli four times in 14 matches.
